Ecofy.io Return and Refund Policy 

At Ecofy.io, we strive to ensure that your experience with our eco-friendly tableware products is nothing short of excellent. We understand that there may be instances where a return or refund is necessary, and we are committed to addressing such situations promptly and efficiently. Our return and refund policy are as follows: 

Conditions for Return:

You may return a product within 48 hours of delivery under the following circumstances: 

  1. The product is defective, altered, used, or the seal of the package is broken. 
  1. There is physical damage to the product 
  1. The packet was empty, or some items or accessories were missing. 
  1. The product is significantly different from the specifications provided by Ecofy.io, such as wrong size, colour, or material-related issues. 

Return Procedure:  

To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 

  1. Email us at info@ecofy.io or call our helpline number – +91 9326291333 with the following details: 
  • Order ID 
  • Reason for returning the item 
  • Images clearly showing any damaged or missing products in the order 
  1. Upon receiving your request, our Customer Support team will confirm the return request and guide you through the pickup process. 
  1. Please ensure that the return packet is adequately packaged to prevent any further damage during transit. 
  1. The final decision regarding the return request rests with Ecofy.io and cannot be contested. 

Replacement:

  • Once the returned product is received to us, we will initiate another order for the replacement of the returned product. 
  • Remember that there will be no refunds, but replacements in the above-mentioned cases. 

Damaged Items:  

  • If you receive a damaged item from Ecofy.io, please notify us via email at info@ecofy.io within 24 hours of receiving the product. 
  • We will initiate a transit damage claim with the courier partner and arrange for replacements to be sent to you upon receiving the damaged item back. 

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. 
  • Once an order is processed and sent to our warehouse for fulfilment, it cannot be changed. 
  • Additionally, promotional and discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.
