What products does Ecofy manufacture?
Ecofy manufactures 100% compostable foodservice tableware from sugarcane bagasse: round and compartment plates (6" to 12"), bowls (6 oz to 32 oz), cafeteria trays (3CP, 5CP, 6CP), hinged clamshells (white and brown kraft), takeaway containers, and PET lids. The range covers compostable containers, compostable boxes and biodegradable food containers for distributors and foodservice buyers. 44 SKUs across 6 categories, all manufactured in our 150,000 sq ft Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) facility.
Are all Ecofy products compostable and PFAS-free?
All bagasse SKUs are ASTM D6868 certified compostable (EN 13432 methods), breaking down in 90 days in industrial composting facilities. PFAS-free is independently verified by SGS and Intertek, compliant with California AB 1200, Maine LD 1503, and EU REACH. PET lids are recyclable through standard PET streams (not compostable).
How PFAS-free is verifiedWhat is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard SKUs ship at full container load (FCL) minimums, approximately 96,000 pieces in a 20' container or 200,000 pieces in a 40' HQ container depending on SKU. Custom-branded orders require a 200,000 piece MOQ for the first run. Pallet quantities available for select SKUs in India domestic market.
Which countries do you ship to?
We export to 30+ countries across USA, UK, EU, MENA (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman), and India domestic. All shipments dispatch ex-Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) through Nhava Sheva Port (JNPT) on the Samruddhi Mahamarg expressway. FCA, FOB, CIF, and DDP Incoterms supported.
Are products microwave-safe and oven-safe?
All bagasse SKUs (plates, bowls, trays, clamshells, takeaway containers) are microwave-safe and oven-safe up to 220°C for 20 minutes. Perfect for QSR delivery reheating, hotel room service, and institutional cafeterias. PET lids are not microwave-safe, so keep them below 70°C.
Can I custom-brand my order with embossing or printing?
Yes. Three custom-branding tiers: standard SKU (no branding, 1 FCL minimum), custom embossing (raised logo, MOQ 200,000 pieces, 6 to 8 weeks lead time), and custom shape or size (MOQ 500,000 pieces, 10 to 14 weeks lead time). Our in-house design and tooling team supports your CAD or design files and shares tooling and mould costs with your quote.

Production typically takes 4 to 6 weeks from PO confirmation. Ocean transit varies by destination: 28 to 38 days to USA (Long Beach, NY/NJ), 21 to 30 days to UK and EU (Felixstowe, Rotterdam), 5 to 8 days to MENA (Jebel Ali UAE). India domestic FTL or LTL ships in 5 to 10 days. Custom-tooled SKUs add 2 to 6 weeks for tooling on the first run.
