What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard SKUs ship from full-container-load (FCL) minimums. Custom-tooled SKUs are also FCL on the first run; subsequent orders match standard.
How fast can a new chain be onboarded?
Standard SKUs: production within 4 to 6 weeks of PO, plus ocean transit (region-dependent). Custom-tooled SKUs add tooling time on the first run; subsequent runs match standard lead times.
Are bagasse containers leak-resistant for delivery?
Yes. Our takeaway containers and bowls with PET lids are validated for delivery use across QSR menu types: rice bowls, curries, soups, salads, burritos.
Do products survive microwave reheating?
Most molded fiber SKUs are designed for foodservice reheating. Specific microwave / oil / leak ratings vary by SKU; spec sheets available on request.
Can you ship to multiple countries from one PO?
Yes. We export through Nhava Sheva (JNPT) to 30+ countries, with documentation pre-cleared for U.S., EU, UK, and GCC import.
What is the cost vs plastic alternatives?
