Compartment plates have raised Y-shaped or grid dividers (3CP = three compartments, 4CP = four compartments) that prevent food mixing. 3CP and 4CP are standard for institutional cafeterias, school lunches, hospital meal trays, and airline catering where portion control matters.

Six round plate sizes (6", 7", 9", 10", 11" and 12" diameter) plus four compartment sizes: 9" 3CP, 10" 3CP, 11" 4CP and 12" 4CP. Ten plate SKUs in total. The most-ordered are the 9" and 10" round (the QSR and delivery workhorses) and the 9"/10" 3CP for cafeteria and inflight meal sets.

That is roughly 96,000 pieces in a 20' container, or up to about 200,000 pieces in a 40' HQ for the 9" round, with denser counts for smaller sizes. For custom-embossed plates, the first run is one FCL (about 200,000 pieces). Smaller pallet quantities are available on select SKUs in the India domestic market.

They are PFAS-free with no synthetic lining, so nothing is left behind. Uncoated bagasse will also break down in active home compost over 6 to 12 months.

Bagasse plates are ASTM D6868 certified (EN 13432 test methods) for industrial composting (60 to 90 days), which is their correct end-of-life route, so they should not go into paper or plastic recycling streams. This lets you make an accurate disposal claim to your customers and regulators. Our PET lids are the reverse: recyclable, not compostable.
