How can I independently verify Ecofy's BRCGS certificate?
Search certificate number P_EI0386_2025 on the BRCGS public directory. It confirms the site, grade, standard issue and expiry date directly from the certification body, so you do not have to take our word for it.
Verify on the BRCGS directoryWhat BRCGS grade does the facility hold, A or A+?
The facility holds Grade A on an announced audit under the Global Standard for Packaging Materials, Issue 7. In the BRCGS scheme the plus symbol denotes an unannounced audit, so an announced Grade A audit is correctly stated as Grade A, not A+.
Which independent laboratories test Ecofy products?
Four accredited bodies: SGS (food-contact migration, FSSAI contaminants, microwave), Intertek (ASTM D6868 compostability), CIPET-LARPM, a Government of India lab (plastic-free composition), and CPPRI (repulpability). Eurofins issues the BRCGS certificate and DQS runs the SMETA audit.
Ecofy shows an ASTM D6868 report rather than an EN 13432 certificate. What is the difference?
ASTM D6868 is the North American compostability specification and is verified using the same disintegration and biodegradation methods as EN 13432 (ISO 14855 and ISO 16929). A formal EN 13432 certificate with the Seedling mark is a separate European certification. For EU tenders that require the EN 13432 certificate specifically, contact our team about current documentation.

Yes. The documents on this page are cover and summary pages. The complete lab reports, specification sheets and a PFAS-free declaration are supplied with every quotation and sample order. The SMETA ethical audit is shared with verified buyers through the Sedex platform.
