What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard SKUs ship from full-container-load (FCL) minimums, approximately 96,000 pieces in a 20' container or 200,000 in a 40' HQ. For custom-embossed or custom-shape SKUs, FCL minimum applies on the first run. Pallet quantities available for select SKUs in India domestic.
How long is the lead time?
Standard 9 inch round plate: production within 4 to 6 weeks of PO confirmation, plus ocean transit (typically 3 to 5 weeks to USA/EU/UK; 5 to 8 days to UAE). Custom-tooled SKUs add 2 to 6 weeks for tooling on the first run; subsequent runs match standard lead times.
